Who we are

Genovo("we") provides an AI tool that generates marketing videos from text you provide. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

Account info: if you create an account, your email address and (optionally) your name. Passwords are stored only as a securely hashed value — never in plain text.
Content you provide: the product descriptions, scripts, and any images you upload to generate a video.
Generated media: the videos you create, stored so you can access them.
Usage data: basic events (e.g. a video was generated) used to operate the service and enforce fair-use limits.

How we use it

To generate your videos and let you access them.
To run your account, plan, and usage limits.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Third-party services

To deliver the product we use trusted providers: a video/voice generation API (fal.ai), cloud hosting and storage (Vercel), and payment processing (Stripe, if you subscribe). Content needed to generate a video is shared with the generation provider for that purpose only.

Your content & rights

You are responsible for the content you create and must have the rights to any images you upload. AI-generated videos should be reviewed before publishing. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Data retention

We keep account and generated content while your account is active. Contact us to delete it.

Children

Genovo is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
