By using Genovoyou agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What Genovo does
Genovo generates AI marketing videos from inputs you provide. Output is generated by AI and may contain errors — always review before publishing or advertising.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or have rights to any images, names, or material you upload or describe.
- You won't create content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, or infringes others' rights.
- You won't impersonate real people without permission.
- You're responsible for how you use the videos you generate.
Plans & payment
Free and paid plans set monthly video limits. Paid plans (if you subscribe) are billed via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime; access continues to the end of the billing period.
Acceptable use & limits
We apply fair-use and safety limits and may pause or restrict accounts that abuse the service.
No warranty / liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of generated content.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
